About the menu

Restaurante los Alpes in Valencia offers a warm, intimate dining experience where traditional flavors shine through carefully prepared, seasonal dishes. This small, family-run eatery is praised for its fresh, high-quality ingredients and generous portions. The menú del día stands out, perfectly balancing price and quality, often including a starter, main course, dessert, and a drink—ideal for a fulfilling lunch. Signature plates like the creamy arroz con galeras meloso and the expertly fried, non-greasy calamares highlight their skill in seafood and rice dishes, capturing authentic Mediterranean tastes.

The restaurant’s cozy wood and hunting-themed decor create a homely atmosphere that complements the attentive, friendly service, despite the limited space and occasional schedule quirks. Whether indulging in the falso canelón or savoring the whole grilled dorada, every dish feels thoughtfully crafted and comforting. Reserving ahead is advisable, but the effort rewards with a genuine, satisfying culinary journey deeply rooted in Valencian tradition.

Nice spot. Space is limited so reversing ahead is a must. Also expect that they may not be open on their stated times it’s a bit here and there for their hours. Staff is friendly and food always good and often changes based on seasons.
